Job Description

Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Consultant I at Allstate, your role involves applying consulting methodology, analyzing requirements and requests from the business operations area, and supporting the implementation of consulting projects through research, data analysis, and recommending potential solutions. You may also lead simple projects or process design efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Perform quality checks for in-scope activities using approved QC parameters according to the agreed sampling percentage and frequency for voice and non-voice transactions. - Generate insights and ideas through routine and targeted audits for processes to make informed business decisions. - Report QC numbers to stakeholders at the agreed frequency with accuracy. - Lead and maintain calibration with different stakeholders, ensuring variance remains within acceptable targets. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in collaboration with Operations Team Leader or Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Analyze quality data, share ideas, and action plans to enhance current processes, and drive improvement initiatives with the assistance of Team Leaders or SMEs. - Share various reports utilizing MS Excel skills with relevant stakeholders, such as quality trends, calibration reports, etc. Qualifications Required: - 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) - 2 or more years of experience (Preferred) About Allstate: Joining the Allstate team is not just a job; it's an opportunity to enhance your skills and challenge the status quo.
