Job Description

As a Quality Assistant at Glow Right Electric Source Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality standards of our LED lighting products. Your responsibilities will include assisting in inspecting raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to guarantee compliance with quality specifications. You will conduct routine quality checks during production processes and maintain accurate quality control documentation and reports. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will help identify product defects and recommend corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards. Coordination with the production and warehouse teams will be essential to address quality-related issues promptly. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards such as BIS and ISO. Your role will also involve monitoring testing procedures, ensuring equipment calibration, participating in internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
