QUALITY CUM PRODUCTION REQUIRED IN PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING UNIT with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in quality control, with a focus on ensuring consistent product quality through process optimization and defect prevention.

• Injection Molding Process Knowledge : A thorough understanding of the injection molding process, including parameters like temperature, pressure, cooling time, and material selection, is crucial.
• Material Science : Knowledge of different plastic materials, their properties, and how they behave during molding is essential.
• Mold Design and Maintenance : Understanding mold design principles and the importance of mold maintenance for consistent quality is vital.
• Quality Control Techniques : Familiarity with quality control methods, including statistical process control (SPC), inspection techniques, and defect analysis.
• Blueprint Reading and GD&T : Ability to read and interpret blueprints, as well as understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is necessary for accurate inspection and measurement.
• Measuring Tools : Proficiency in using various measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, for dimensional accuracy.
• Software Proficiency : Familiarity with software used in quality control, such as SPC software, CAD software, and ERP systems.
