Dispatch Incharge

As a Dispatch Incharge in a leading Fan OEM, you will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch and logistics operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing delivery schedules, optimizing routes, coordinating with customers for timely deliveries, and monitoring transporter performance. You should have expertise in inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and handle documentation such as invoices, delivery receipts, and shipping manifests efficiently. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Additionally, knowledge of local transportation networks, familiarity with invoice regulations, and proficiency in managing delivery schedules are essential. Experience with ERP systems like SAP would be an added advantage. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assigning deliveries to transports, maintaining accurate dispatch records, managing inventory levels, and resolving delivery issues and customer complaints. Excellent communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers, transport, and internal teams effectively. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management. Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure are desired qualifications.
