Job Description

You will lead the development and execution of automated testing scripts to ensure software quality. You will oversee system testing processes to identify and resolve defects. Additionally, you will provide expertise in manual testing to validate software functionality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans will be a key responsibility. Ensuring comprehensive test coverage for all software components and analyzing test results to provide detailed reports to stakeholders will also be part of your role. - Possess strong experience in automated testing tools and frameworks. - Demonstrate expertise in system testing methodologies and practices. - Have a solid understanding of manual testing techniques. - Show proficiency in SWIFT and message formats. - Display excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak). - Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. - Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The company follows best practices for testing and quality assurance, ensuring adherence to quality standards through code reviews. You will also mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in testing. Additionally, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency.
