Responsibilities: Handle the calls from International customers in different countries Solve customer issues and queries Fluency in Kannada or Malayalam is mandatory Must Have 1 Experience in Domestic Voice Process in Kannada or Malayalam Working knowledge in 7 QC Tools (Check sheet, Control chart, Histogram, Pareto chart, Scatter diagram, Stratification, Fishbone) Any 2 QC Tools is mandatory Minimum 1 years of experience as Quality analyst.
