Quality Analyst

As a Senior Quality Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for managing client account deliveries, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliveries. You will serve as the main point of contact for the client, attending regular calls, providing updates, and addressing issues proactively. Collaboration with project managers, developers, and stakeholders will be essential to align deliveries with client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and improving QA processes, testing strategies, and documentation practices. - Leading the implementation of automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency. - Conducting manual and automated testing in critical areas as needed. - Driving the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and technologies based on project requirements. In addition to the above, you will also: - Guide and mentor junior QA team members in structured testing processes. - Review test cases, test plans, and QA documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Ensure effective task distribution and timely project delivery without compromising quality. Furthermore, you will: - Track and report QA metrics such as test coverage, defect trends, and test execution status. - Identify bottlenecks in the QA process and propose practical improvements. - Stay updated with emerging QA trends and tools, continuously learning and adapting as necessary.
