Quality Analyst

We're offering this senior analyst level role for six months. As a Quality Analyst, your main responsibility will be to ensure that only well-designed and built work packages go through quality testing, and that the test plans are adequately covered by test scenarios. You'll automate repetitive tests where appropriate to eliminate wasted effort, cost, and the risk of manual error. You will also be involved in training and knowledge sharing, serving as the quality conscience of the team and assisting them in writing and maintaining automated tests as a standard way of working. Additionally, you will: - Choose the right set of tools to aid testing and reuse existing tooling, adopting Quality Centre of Excellence tools where appropriate - Collaborate with quality automation specialists to write automated tests and analyze the results of the automated tests - Execute tests on a continuous basis triggered automatically by change events - Minimize the execution time for the automated tests to obtain quick feedback - Provide metrics to the business and the team focusing on quality and quality improvement The skills required for this role include an understanding of the current organization change framework, and a proven application of testing methodologies, including various Agile testing methods such as test-driven development and behavior-driven development. Practical experience with a wide range of testing automation tools and testing ideas, products, designs, planning, and execution is essential. You'll also need: - Experience with systems development life cycle - Proficiency in functional and non-functional testing such as system, system integration, user, load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration, and back-out - Experience in delivering testing activities in a technology or IT function - Demonstrable knowledge of Agile methodologies with experience working in an Agile team.,
