Job Description

As a Quality Analyst at our technology-led healthcare solutions provider, your role involves: - Performing proofreading on various digital devices and environments according to the scheduling sheet - Applying client-provided style guides and cross-checking for style, flow, alignment, and layout consistency between the script file and the final output - Utilizing checklists and requirement documents for each deliverable as per business unit requirements - Reviewing assignments for data integrity, typos, sensible line breaks, and highlighting errors for necessary changes - Performing second-level proofreading after content/creative/project managers address comments and relevant proofreading upon receiving the client feedback form (CFF) - Ensuring character-to-character proofreading of the final output file against the script file and finalizing the contents accurately - Checking all necessary elements and icons on the file, ensuring they are placed as per the script, and filling the checklist by cross-checking against the file and copying the same in the SVN server - Creating a consolidated bug report via iExtract tool/Redmine in case of errors and sharing it with the creative team for further amendments - Acknowledging signoff mail to the concerned PM when no changes are required Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong attention to detail - Proficiency in proofreading and editing - Familiarity with style guides and quality control processes - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities At our company, we value and encourage equal opportunity for all individuals.,
