Job Description

As a Quality Analyst with expertise in GDS platforms (Galileo and Sabre) in the travel industry, your role will involve the following: - Conducting quality audits and reviews for GDS-related processes and transactions. - Ensuring compliance with established quality standards and service level agreements. - Identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and implementing best practices. - Analyzing errors and providing actionable insights to improve process accuracy. - Preparing detailed quality reports and presenting findings to senior management. - Mentoring and guiding team members in quality-related areas. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality with hands-on experience in Galileo and Sabre. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently as an individual contributor. - Lead or Manager designation may be offered depending on experience and skills. Additionally, if you have experience in training or mentoring team members, knowledge of additional GDS platforms (Amadeus, Travelport), and a strong understanding of quality metrics and process improvement techniques, it would be considered a plus.
