Quality Analyst-GDS (Galileo & Sabre)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Galileo and Sabre. As a Quality Analyst, your attention to detail and expertise in quality assurance will be crucial in maintaining process accuracy and compliance with established standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality audits and reviews for GDS-related processes and transactions. - Ensure compliance with quality standards and service level agreements. - Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement best practices. - Analyze errors and provide actionable insights for process accuracy improvement. - Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to senior management. - Mentor and guide team members in quality-related areas, if applicable. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality with hands-on expertise in Galileo and Sabre. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. - Capability to work independently as an individual contributor. - Potential offer for Lead or Manager designation based on experience and skills.
