**Excited Job opportunity with one of the MNC company ** Role : Quadient Customer Communication Management (CCM) Developer Experience : 5 + years A Quadient Customer Communication Management (CCM) Developer specializes in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that utilize the Quadient Inspire platform to create and deliver personalized, compliant customer communications across various channels. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Utilize Quadient Inspire Designer to create variable data logic, layouts, and output files for customer communications. This includes building new templates and making modifications to existing ones. Workflow Implementation: Develop and implement document and mail generation workflows using Quadient Inspire, ensuring seamless delivery of accurate, timely, and personalized communications. Integration and Automation: Integrate Quadient Inspire with other systems and automate tasks to streamline communication processes. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet business requirements and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs. Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Quadient Inspire Suite: Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer is essential. Familiarity with other components like Inspire Interactive and Inspire Scalar is advantageous. Programming Knowledge: Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C#, as well as web development technologies. Data Management: Experience with database development and management, including working with complex data types like XML and JSON.
