** Excited Opportunity with one of MNC company ** a) Job Role: DB SME b)Years of experience: 12+ years Technology Certifications/training: Leadership skills/People management/Oracle/ITIL Certified c) Key Responsbilities: #Expert in working with HA solutions (RAC) #Configure and Manage High Availability components like RAC, DataGuard, Replication #Problem & RCA Management #Expert in Disaster Recovery Planning/Strategy #Experience in Database Backup and Recovery, Patching and DB upgrades #Drive Major&P1 call from DBA perspective #Installation of Software and DB build # Ensuring all service levels are fulfilled # Discussing and finalize SLA and Operating Metrics and reporting frequency with client # Conducting Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly status review meetings with Client # Working with Client to define processes/standards and ensuring their compliance # Looking at opportunities pro-actively for service delivery and process improvements. # Monitoring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of services # Overseeing the day-to-day project management and deliveries. # Database (Oracle) Capacity Trend & planning #Knowldege on OCI, ExaCS and AWS #Knowledge on OS (Preferred Oracle Linux) Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle GRID Control, Oracle RMAN, Any ticketing tool, Backup & Recovery tool
