Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and estimates for clients.
Ensure accurate estimation of project costs by reviewing drawings and specifications.
Maintain records of all tenders submitted to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies in tenders or contracts.
Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, bill checking, and client billing.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) with expertise in BOQ preparation, client billing, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and tendering estimation.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Strong understanding of Indian Standard Specifications (IS) codes and ability to apply them effectively during projects.
