QS Manager

As a Manager - Quantity Surveyor (QS) at our company, your main role will be to work closely with the project team to ensure project cost control and proper documentation. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating BOQ estimates based on set drawings and preparing detailed budgets - Conducting market analysis to determine current material rates - Monitoring and controlling project costs from concept to completion - Knowledge of vendors/suppliers and providing support for comparative analysis - Periodic analysis of project status with respect to cost and proposing alternative solutions - Maintaining all compliance-related documents for design, contractors, legal matters, etc. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of the commercial fit-out industry - Excellent research skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy - Prospecting and communication skills - Competitive spirit and ability to collaborate in a team environment - Drive for results and strong business acumen You should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the commercial fit-out industry and a diploma or degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related discipline.
