QS Estimator(Exp. in Construction)

• Review the project specification of the customers.
• Collect required design and technical details (TDC) from the Design department.
• Coordination with sales and marketing for technical clarifications or inputs from the customers.
• Update costing by checking with the suppliers and vendors for the current applicable rates.
• Prepare the scope of supply, technical and commercial terms and conditions.
• Timely response to technical and commercial queries raised by customers.
• Prepare the Technical offer and submit to customers to collect quotes from the vendors
• Prepare the budgetary offers as per the quote received from the vendors and suppliers and other costs.
• Submit the offers on time without any extension request.
• Discuss and follow up with the customers for an update, prepare the commercial offer and timely submission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
