QS & Billing Manager

Role Overview: As a QS & Billing Manager for hotel projects, your main responsibility will be to prepare and review quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs). You will also handle client and contractor billing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and contractual terms. Additionally, you will be monitoring project budgets, tracking variations, and preparing cost control reports to support project cost forecasting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for hotel projects. - Handle client and contractor billing activities, including verification and certification of invoices. - Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure accuracy in billing and measurement records. - Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare cost control reports. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual terms in all billing processes. - Manage tendering and procurement support, including rate analysis and vendor evaluation when required. - Maintain proper documentation for audits and future references related to project billing and QS activities. - Support project cost forecasting and provide management with timely MIS reports on billing status and cash flow projections. Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Additional Details: The industry for this role is Project Management, Construction, or Hospitality Projects. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience, with a background in hotel or hospitality projects preferred. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and billing procedures for hospitality or commercial projects is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software, along with good communication and negotiation skills, will be beneficial for this role.,
