Job Responsibilities for Lead QMS:

Leading the QA/QC and Project Quality Team:

• This responsibility involves overseeing the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities of production/manufacturing.
• The individual will mentor and manage the quality team, define objectives, and ensure efficient collaboration across departments.
• The individual will act as the key decision-maker for quality-related issues and provide leadership in resolving any non-conformance incidents.

Responsible for Audits:

• The role includes managing audits related to the American Petroleum Institute (API) standards, which are critical in ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet stringent industry requirements.
• The individual will prepare and coordinate internal teams for API certification or surveillance audits, ensuring zero deviations.
• The individual will interact with auditors, compile responses to audit findings, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Responsible for Third-Party Inspections:

• The role includes preparing for and facilitating third-party inspections to verify product and process compliance.
• Reviewing inspection schedules, ensuring the readiness of documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and the third party inspectors.

Responsible for handling the client to obtain Certificate of Conformity (CoC):

• This responsibility involves ensuring all quality-related aspects meet the stringent requirements set by client for issuing the Certificate of Conformity (CoC). Key duties include:

• Understanding Clients CoC Requirements:

• Thoroughly analyze clients guidelines, standards, and specifications necessary for obtaining the CoC.
• Ensure that all processes, systems, and deliverables align with these predefined criteria.

Coordinating with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to compile all necessary documentation, reports, and evidence demonstrating compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to pre-validate conformity before the formal submission to Client.

Managing Communication with Client:

• Serve as the primary liaison with Client for all quality related matters.
• Facilitate effective communication to address any queries, provide progress updates, and ensure their confidence in the conformity process.

Preparation for Inspections and Audits:

• Coordinate inspections, trials, or audits required by client as part of the certification process.
• Resolve any non-conformities identified during these evaluations in a timely manner.
