Job Description

Ensuring that all quality related documents such as procedures work instructions forms and records are properly maintained updated and accessible to relevant personnel
Regularly monitoring processes and activities to ensure compliance with quality standards regulations and customer requirements
Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external standards
Investigating non conformances customer complaints and quality issues to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives by analysing data identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of processes
Collaborating with suppliers to ensure that purchased materials components and services meet quality requirements and specifications
Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
Collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality objectives share best practices and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization
