QIP Section Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QIP Section Head to lead our Quality In Process operations. The role involves monitoring production quality, ensuring process compliance, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced footwear manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily QIP operations and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct line inspections and identify defects
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate with Production, QA, IE, and Maintenance teams
• Ensure documentation accuracy and SOP compliance
• Review customer (Adidas) quality requirements
• Train operators and supervisors on quality points
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)
• 5–10 years experience in quality/production
• Footwear manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of QMS / ISO / Defect analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹39,554.37 - ₹50,591.89 per month
