Job Description

-Lead QHSE Warehouse on roll

Knowledge of Fruits and Vegetables quality Parameter
Inward -As per company quality specs FNV article
Packaging as per company Quality Specs
Training to grading and sorting team while checking the quality
AQR and DQR reports should be follow daily basis\
JBM - Competitor benchmark weekly basis
RCA of customer complaint on daily basis to minimize the complaint percentage as per target
Active on Floor to check fine quality inward at warehouse

Desired key Skills:

Should have Knowledge on Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PPT.
Process oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates a positive can-do excellent teamwork attitude with strong communication/ information sharing skills - verbal and written, ability to communicate effectively to all stake holders.
Self-motivated, able to perform roles with minimal supervision.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to work in a team environment to consistently achieve results & achievement.
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with internal stake holders and suppliers to meet business Quality objectives.
Team player who can collaborate across multiple functional areas
An adaptable individual who remains focused on delivering a long-term plan

Qualifications:

B.Sc/M.Sc Food Technology/ Food Science/ Food Processing Engineering/ Agriculture (Any UG/PG related to Food)
Minimum of 4 years, out of which at least 2 Years direct working experience related to the Food Industry (Preferable Staples).
