QC - Team Leader

As a Quality Control (QC) Coordinator, your role involves planning and scheduling QC activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, conducting daily team meetings, and executing inspections based on QC specification sheets. Your attention to detail and aesthetic judgment will be crucial in maintaining product quality standards in the fine Jewellery industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain QC schedules aligned with purchase order shipment deadlines - Coordinate with suppliers for production progress tracking and quality checks - Conduct daily team meetings to review ongoing inspections and resolve operational challenges - Supervise QC processes based on approved QC specification sheets - Liaise with merchandising team to align on order priorities and specifications - Ensure accurate and timely submission of QC reports and maintain inspection records - Manage QC schedules based on production readiness and shipment deadlines - Work closely with the data team to verify QC data accuracy and documentation - Review team QC spec sheets to maintain data integrity and standards Qualifications Required: - Strong attention to detail and aesthetic judgment in fine Jewellery - Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective team management - Willingness to travel frequently to vendor locations - Proficiency in using quality control tools and inspection instruments - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Additionally, the company offers health insurance, leave encashment, and paid sick time as part of the benefits package.
