Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a QC Supervisor, based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The QC Supervisor will oversee quality control operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and monitor compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include supervising quality assurance and laboratory testing procedures, analyzing data for accuracy, and managing routine inspections. The role will also involve training and mentoring team members to maintain high standards of quality practices.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively lead, manage, and develop teams.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes.
• Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Expertise in Laboratory Skills, including handling equipment and executing tests accurately.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Awareness of industry-standard quality protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field is preferred.
