* Perform chemical and physical testing of materials and finished products.
* Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods as per specifications.
* Manage manufacturing processes and perform routine quality checks.
* Document and communicate analysis results accurately.
* Maintain analytical records, COAs, and stability data.
* Perform and document instrument calibration (pH meter, viscometer, spectrophotometer, etc.).
* Develop and review SOPs, standards, and product specifications.
* Support R&D in process improvements for enhanced safety and efficiency.
* Maintain laboratory cleanliness and GMP/GLP compliance.
* B.Sc in Chemistry or related field (Masters preferred).
* Knowledge of analytical chemistry, QA/QC practices, and GMP compliance.
* Hands-on experience with spectrometers, titration, distillation, and lab instruments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Project, with strong documentation skills.
* Sound knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and CE marking for dental/medical devices.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with Production, R&D, and Warehouse teams.
* Quality-focused and detail-oriented approach.
* Experience in dental materials (cements, composites, adhesives, bonding agents, impression materials, etc.) or medical device manufacturing.
* Prior work experience in regulated industries (Dental / Pharma / Healthcare).
