Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sampling and testing of packing materials, raw materials and Stability testing
Analysis of Raw materials, Packing Material stability samples, In-process samples and finished products etc
Timely investigation and resolution of OOT/OOS results.
Calibration of instruments as per respective SOP.
Preparation, revision of SOPs, specifications etc.
Follow GLP and ensuring timely documentation as per good documentation practice.
Identifying problems in production batches and report to Head-Quality.
Sampling and testing of raw materials and packing materials.
Preparation of Volumetric solutions, reagents, Indicator solutions.
Standardisation of volumetric solutions.
Calibration of pH / conductivity meter, analytical balances as per respective SOP.
Indenting chemicals, Medias, receipt and maintenance of stock and In-use materials.
Charging samples for stability studies and pull out as per schedule and maintenance of related documents.
Temperature and humidity monitoring of stability
