Job Description

As a Quality Control (QC) Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of products within our organization. Your primary responsibility will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient quality control processes and procedures. You will oversee and analyze the production processes, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. A successful QC Officer must possess keen attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and address potential quality issues. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments and teams to initiate corrective actions and drive the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. This role is vital for upholding our company's reputation for high-quality products and involves direct interaction with both internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities - Develop and implement robust quality control procedures to optimize product quality. - Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions to rectify production faults. - Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and other documentation. - Collaborate with production teams to enhance the consistency of quality output. - Monitor production processes and suggest improvements to mitigate potential risks. - Coordinate with supply chain to ensure supplier compliance with quality requirements. - Train and mentor staff on quality control protocols and best practices in the industry. - Report quality issues and trends to management for necessary policy changes. - Participate in internal and external audits to adhere to compliance standards. - Implement and track key quality metrics for continuous product and process improvement. - Analyze quality data and create reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of three years of experience in a quality control position or similar role. - Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques. - Proficient in using QC tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or ISO standards. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments. - Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify small discrepancies. - Familiarity with statistical analysis software and data interpretation.,
