QC OFFICER

As a QC Officer based in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, your role will involve performing a range of key responsibilities to ensure the quality and compliance of products through thorough analysis and testing. Your qualification should include an MSc in Analytical Chemistry or MSc in Chemistry. Here is what will be expected from you: **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform thorough analysis of raw materials, finished products, and vendor samples for quality assurance. - Execute titration (wet analysis) and other chemical testing methods to detect impurities. - Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory standards for quality control. - Maintain accurate records, reports, and validation protocols for documentation. - Develop new testing methods for efficient sample analysis. - Maintain and calibrate GLC, Flame Photometer, pH Meter, and other lab instruments for instrumentation maintenance. - Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, reagents, and chemicals for solution preparation. - Conduct quality checks on vendor-supplied materials and chemicals for vendor sample analysis. - Implement and monitor safety protocols in the QC area for safety compliance. - Continuously evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accuracy and efficiency. - Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for efficient documentation and reporting. **Required Skills:** - Strong Chemistry Knowledge with expertise in organic and inorganic identification. - Proficiency in volumetric and analytical techniques such as titration and wet analysis. - Ability to detect impurities and ensure product integrity through impurity detection. - Knowledge of Gas Liquid Chromatography (GLC), Flame Photometer, and pH Meter for GLC & instrument handling. - Ability to maintain high-quality records, reports, and compliance documentation for documentation & compliance. - Problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot QC deviations effectively with analytical thinking.
