QC Inspector

A Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards set by the organization. Their job description typically includes the following responsibilities:

· Inspection: Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

· Testing: Perform various tests and measurements using equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product conformance.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance activities.

· Reporting: Prepare and submit reports summarizing inspection and test results, highlighting any non-conformances or quality issues.

· Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document non-conforming products, initiate corrective actions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

· Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and procedures.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
