QC Inspector - Mechanical

As a QC Mechanical Inspector in the Oil & Gas industry, your role will involve reviewing purchase orders, specifications, and other contractual requirements to ensure compliance with the Project quality plan and procedures. You will also be responsible for inspecting Mechanical, Rotating, and Piping equipment during various stages of production and preparing reports on daily inspection activities. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, NDT Level II certification in RT, MT, UT, VT, and knowledge of codes such as ASME, ISO, API, and EN. Key Responsibilities: - Review PO, specifications, and drawings for compliance with client requirements - Inspect Mechanical, Rotating, and Piping equipment during production stages - Coordinate non-conformance close-out and review QC documentation - Prepare daily inspection reports and issue non-conformance reports - Release equipment for shipment after resolving outstanding issues Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical - NDT Level II certification in RT, MT, UT, VT - Knowledge of ASME, ISO, API, EN, and other applicable codes and standards Additional Company Details: The company requires candidates with at least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a QC Mechanical inspector for major static and rotating equipment in the Oil, Gas, and Power industry. Field inspection experience is mandatory, along with in-depth knowledge of national and international codes, welding processes, NDT, and fabrication/manufacturing processes. Proficiency in English language, problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with key stakeholders are essential for this role. Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also preferred.,
