Qualification

B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related field)
Experience: Relevant experience in a similar capacity preferred Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Q.C. In-charge to oversee the laboratory quality control operations.
The role involves managing testing activities, maintaining ISO documentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supervising the QC team to uphold product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all laboratory quality control activities. Conduct and review Spectro analysis, chemical wet analysis, and physical testing as per industry standards.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of test records.
Oversee product approval processes and maintain ISO and quality management documentation.
Ensure compliance with established standards and customer specifications. Train and guide laboratory personnel in testing procedures and safety practices. Liaise with production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of analytical instruments such as Spectrophotometer and related lab equipment. Hands-on experience in chemical analysis and product quality testing. Proficiency in ISO documentation and lab record management.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
