Operations Executive

Job Title: Procurement & Operations Executive Home Dcor (Metal Articles)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement process for home dcor metal articles. The ideal candidate will ensure quality control, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and manage dispatches and online updates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

Responsible for sourcing and procuring materials required for home dcor metal articles, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.

Quality Verification:

Inspect and verify the quality and finish of metal home dcor items before approval for dispatch.

Supplier & Customer Coordination:

Maintain regular follow-ups with suppliers for timely deliveries and with customers for updates and service satisfaction.

Dispatch & Logistics:

Oversee dispatch processes and ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders.

Online Activity Management:

Update order status, stock details, and shipping information on relevant online platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces, CRM tools).

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory systems

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Familiarity with home dcor products and materials, especially metal items

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Prior experience in a similar role preferred
