Strong analytical skills and experience in quality improvement methodologies. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel. Roles & Responsibilities: As a QC Expert at Zymo Cosmetics, you will enhance the quality control processes by applying your expertise to ensure the highest product standards throughout manufacturing and packaging. You will be responsible for guiding inspection teams, improving SOPs, and implementing quality initiatives across all product categories. Responsibilities: Inward Quality Control: Lead inspections and evaluations of raw and packaging materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Develop and implement corrective actions for any discrepancies found during inspections. In-Process Quality Control: manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Conduct root cause analysis of deviations and implement solutions. Outward Quality Control: Oversee final inspections of manufactured and packaged products, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results, corrective actions, and quality metrics. SOP Development and Management: Develop, maintain , and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all quality control activities. Train and mentor junior inspectors on quality control best practices and SOP adherence. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and enhance product performance.
