OC OFFICER FOR PLASTIC PACKAGING COMPANY - AT Near KATHUA SAMBA
Documentation & daily work in progress(wipe)as per machine wise production report. Making Daily Job status machine wise. -Printing checking process:Making Approval Shade card as per customer shade cards. Checking of ink/Adhesive GSM,COF value, Direction,seal strength, Match the sample with master shades of printing. -Lamination checking process:(Solvent less & Base both): Green Bond,Cross Bond,Tear test,Cof, Tensile strength, Ratio of Adhesive,Hardener, Ethyl,Nco & Oh. -Used Films:PET, PE, BOPP(Purlized,Shiny&Matt) AL‐FOIL, NYLON CPP, MET‐CPP, MET‐PET, Evoh-Pe, Ldpe, Paper (BROWN &WHITE BOTH)and many more. -Used Solvents:(Ethyl Acetate,MIBK,IPA),Inks, Adhesive&Hardener,Cores(paper,PVC).
