Job Description:

We are hiring F&B Quality Control Executives to ensure product quality and food safety in our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines, hygiene standards, and food safety norms.
• Monitor cold storage temperatures, product shelf-life, and cleanliness of the facility.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, reports, and compliance documents.
• Support during internal or external quality audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolving quality-related issues.
• Conduct store or site visits if required for quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• (B.Sc in Food Technology, Agriculture, or related fields preferred) – Not Mandate
• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in food quality control or inventory/warehouse operations.
• Good understanding of FSSAI guidelines, food safety, and hygiene practices (training will be provided if a fresher).
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel & Word).
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (preferred).
• Must be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
