QC Engineer (Ready-Mix Concrete Plant)

As a skilled professional in the construction industry, you will be responsible for operating and controlling the equipment at the RMC plant. This includes managing batching plants, conveyors, and mixers efficiently to ensure the accurate batching of concrete according to project specifications. Your role will involve monitoring and regulating concrete production to maintain consistency and quality output. Routine inspections will be part of your duties to identify maintenance requirements, and you will be coordinating with maintenance staff for necessary repairs. Keeping detailed records of production output, material usage, and equipment maintenance is crucial for this position. Ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and procedures, along with proper handling and storage of materials, will be a key aspect of your daily tasks. Collaboration with the quality control team is essential to conduct regular testing of concrete mixes for strength, consistency, and quality compliance. You will also work closely with logistics personnel to schedule timely concrete deliveries to construction sites. Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions promptly to minimize disruptions will be part of your responsibilities. Training and supervising plant staff to guarantee safe and efficient equipment operation is another crucial aspect of this role. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the plant area and storage facilities is necessary for a smooth workflow. Your educational background should include a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, and you should have 3 to 7 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry, preferably in an RMC plant environment. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
