Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform chemical analysis on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using analytical equipment (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF). Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs. Maintain accurate records of test data, calibration, and laboratory documentation. Conduct method validation and stability testing when required. Coordinate with production, R&D, and QA teams to ensure product quality. Monitor & maintain lab instruments; ensure calibration and troubleshooting as needed. Assist in handling deviations, OOS, and CAPA activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory norms such as ISO, GMP, and GLP standards. Maintain a safe working environment following EHS guidelines. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry or related field. Minimum 5 years of QC experience, preferably in Agrochemical or Agriculture industry. Practical knowledge of analytical procedures and equipment. Strong understanding of chemical testing protocols, documentation, and compliance. Good understanding of regulatory and safety practices.
