QC Chemist

As a Chemist at our company, your role involves conducting QC tests on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. You will be tasked with improving existing products to reduce costs, enhance performance, or simplify manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will need to ensure accurate data recording in compliance with guidelines, stay updated on production and technical advancements, and assist the Head Chemist in planning and executing laboratory tests. Your responsibilities will also include conducting chemical experiments, documenting test procedures and results, maintaining a clean and organized laboratory, coordinating daily laboratory functions, analyzing root causes of problems, suggesting corrective actions, and developing or revising test analytical methods for quality, productivity, and consistency. You will also be required to identify and report new equipment needs to the Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct QC tests on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products - Improve existing products for cost reduction, performance enhancement, or manufacturing simplification - Ensure accurate data recording and compliance with guidelines - Assist Head Chemist in planning and executing laboratory tests - Conduct chemical experiments and document procedures and results - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory - Coordinate daily laboratory functions - Analyze root causes of problems and suggest corrective actions - Develop or revise test analytical methods for quality and productivity enhancement - Identify and report new equipment needs to the Supervisor Qualifications Required: - B.Sc in Chemistry - M.Sc in Chemistry Please note that this is a full-time position requiring in-person work at our location.,
