QC Analyst

As a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst, you will be an integral part of our QC team. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting various tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished cosmetic products to ensure they adhere to predefined quality and safety standards. Your role will be crucial in upholding compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining consistent product quality. Your key responsibilities will include performing physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, packaging materials, bulk, and finished products. You will also be accountable for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate records of test results, reports, and batch analysis. Additionally, you will conduct stability testing, report any deviations or non-conformities, and ensure the calibration, cleanliness, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment. It will be essential for you to comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will also be required to investigate and document any out-of-specification (OOS) results or product complaints. Collaborating with the production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, staying informed about relevant quality regulations such as ISO, FDA, BIS, etc., and assisting in internal audits and regulatory inspections will be crucial aspects of your role.
