Job Purpose: To ensure that all products, processes, and systems comply with the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements through implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Key Responsibilities: Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packaging records (BPR). Perform in-process checks during manufacturing and packaging operations. Ensure compliance with cGMP and company quality policies. Handle line clearance and area/equipment cleaning verification. Coordinate with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality issues. Participate in deviation, change control, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes. Review and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality documents. Support internal and external audits (regulatory and customer). Conduct training on quality systems and GMP practices. Monitor calibration and validation activities as per schedule. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in accordance with QA procedures. Qualifications and Experience: Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field. Experience: 1–4 years of experience in QA (preferably in pharma / API). Knowledge: Good understanding of GMP, documentation practices, and regulatory requirements.
