QC Analyst (Quality Checker)

This role involves reviewing call recordings, evaluating communication standards, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For,

  • Experience in

    Quality Checking / Quality Monitoring

    in a BPO or Customer Support voice process
  • Strong ability to understand

    multiple global accents

    (Indian, APAC)
  • Excellent

    listening skills

    and analytical mindset
  • Strong

    written English skills

    for reports, comments, and documentation
  • Ability to evaluate soft skills (tone, empathy, politeness, call flow)
  • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and SLAs
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
