Role & responsibilities Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any quality control issues. Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with local and international codes and regulations for MEP services. Evaluate and approve MEP materials and components to ensure they meet quality standards. Supervise the testing and commissioning of MEP systems before project handover. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and progress reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP quality control or a similar role. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and regulations. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
