Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC In-Charge (preferably Mechanical ) located in Lonavala area. The QA/QC In-Charge will oversee all quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Daily tasks include inspecting and testing materials, products, and systems, documenting results, and maintaining quality records. Additionally, the role involves identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that all manufacturing processes adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills
• Experience in ISO standards and compliance
• Inspection, Testing, and Documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
