Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC In-Charge (preferably Mechanical ) located in Lonavala area. The QA/QC In-Charge will oversee all quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Daily tasks include inspecting and testing materials, products, and systems, documenting results, and maintaining quality records. Additionally, the role involves identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that all manufacturing processes adhere to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills Experience in ISO standards and compliance Inspection, Testing, and Documentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist located in LONAVALA. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, performing machining and milling tasks, and ensuring the quality of produced parts. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, performing machine adjustments, and conducting quality control checks on finished products. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining tasks Experience in Milling and general machining processes Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and protocols Ability to work with various types of CNC machines with operating systems like FANUC & HAAS. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in machining or a related field
