Job Description

As a Quality Assurance (QA) professional, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects of varying sizes. - Perform testing on various software and reporting systems to ensure quality standards are met. - Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process. - Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable. - Work collaboratively within the IT department and business units to execute and validate test cases based on system requirements. - Having exposure to client interface will be considered an added advantage. In addition to the above responsibilities, the following key competencies are required for this role: - Attention to detail - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written - Problem analysis and problem-solving skills - Judgment and decision-making abilities - Customer service orientation - Strong team work skills Please note that the job description emphasizes the importance of basic knowledge in manual and automated testing, expertise in writing test cases, and a preference for candidates with up to 1 year of experience in testing.,
