Job Description

You are a dedicated QA Testing professional with 3-6 years of experience, possessing expertise in manual testing and a basic understanding of automation. Your background should include working in financial domains, utilizing tools like JIRA, and demonstrating excellent communication and analytical abilities. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to develop test plans, coordinating with teams across different locations, preparing testing verification documents, tracking defects, and enhancing test scripts while providing valuable feedback to stakeholders. Key Requirements: - Hands-on experience in Manual Testing (80%) and basic Automation Testing (20%). - Proficiency in JIRA and other test management tools. - Ability to create test plans, strategies, and test cases. - Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Background in Finance or Financial Services domain. - Strong skills in MS Office and collaboration tools. This role offers a hybrid work mode in Mumbai with shift timings from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The ideal candidate is expected to have an immediate to 30 days notice period.
