We are seeking a dedicated Manual Tester with a minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
A strong foundation in test case design techniques, such as boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and decision table testing, is essential. You should also be adept at bug reporting, using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with accounting or finance software is considered a strong advantage, as the role may involve testing applications related to financial transactions, ledgers, or reporting systems. Candidates must exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, ensuring the detection and resolution of defects effectively.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. Clear and professional communication and documentation skills are necessary to interact with cross-functional teams, report bugs, and create testing documentation.
