Job Description

We are seeking a motivated QA Tester with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in manual testing. The candidate should have a sound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), along with proven expertise in designing effective test cases and reporting bugs accurately. The role involves planning, executing, and documenting tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
The QA Tester will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to validate both functional and non-functional requirements. A strong knowledge of test case design techniques, defect tracking, and bug reporting processes is essential. Familiarity with accounting or finance software will be an added advantage, as the position may involve working on domain-specific applications.The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail to identify issues and ensure product stability. Strong communication and documentation skills are vital for preparing test plans, test reports, and knowledge transfer documents. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
