QA Tester

As a Software QA Tester at our company, your role will involve reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. You will be responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases, estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities, as well as identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly, and tracking bugs. Additionally, you will perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and develop and apply testing processes to meet new and existing product needs. You will also liaise with internal teams such as developers and product managers to identify system requirements and track quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts. Key Responsibilities: - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback - Create detailed and well-structured test cases - Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities - Identify, record, document, and track bugs - Perform regression testing and develop testing processes - Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements - Track quality assurance metrics Qualifications Required: - Outstanding communication skills - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases - Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing - Ability to generate logs to document testing phases and defects - Effective bug reporting to development teams - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process - Familiarity with Selenium or similar QA automation tools,
