QA Tester

As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing system specifications and requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing test cases, whether manual or automated, and analyzing the results thoroughly. - Identifying, recording, documenting, and tracking software defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla. - Collaborating effectively with developers and business analysts to understand features and resolve any issues that may arise. - Conducting regression testing to ensure that bugs are resolved and the system functions properly. - Creating detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test data to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. - Ensuring that all testing activities are completed within the specified project deadlines. - Reporting on test progress, defects, and test results to the QA Lead or Project Manager promptly. - Participating in design reviews to provide valuable input on requirements, product design, and potential problem areas.
