QA Tester

Required Skills & Key Responsibilities: • At least 2 year of experience

. • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle processes. •

Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or equivalent. •

Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and databases (SQL). •

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. •

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. •

Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in manual testing techniques and familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit). • Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance meet requirements. • Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements. • Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and enhancements using bug-tracking tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand system functionality and requirements. • Conduct regression testing to validate resolved defects and ensure no new issues are introduced. • Monitor and report test progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders. • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for QA processes, tools, and methodologies. • Stay updated with emerging QA technologies and methodologies to improve testing efficiency. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring issues are resolved before deployment.
